- Due to rapid order processing, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for mistakes in item type, size, design, or address.

Canceling Orders
- A 6-hour cancellation window is available from order placement.
- Cancellations outside this timeframe may incur processing or shipping.

Return Window
- A 30-day window from delivery date is available for returns. Post this period, orders are deemed accepted and ineligible for refunds.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Damaged or shattered items.
- Incorrect design, size, material, or product.
- Discrepancy between product description and received item.
Condition of Returned Items
- Must be in original state and packaging.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
- Defects should be due to our error.
- Original tags intact.
- Minor issues like stray threads are excluded.
Requirements for Refunds
- Shipping label/receipt, proof of purchase, defect evidence, and relevant email screenshots.
