Returns and Refunds

At Comfimerch, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is any problem with your order, this policy explains how order changes, returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
 
Order Changes or Cancellations
 
  • You may request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment, so changes may no longer be possible.
  • Please email [email protected] with your order number and your request.
Returns
 
  • Return window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized items, and gift cards.
How to start a return:
 
Please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable.
 
Return Shipping Fees
 
  • We only cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • This usually applies to manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping.
Exchanges
 
We may offer exchanges for:
 
  • Items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described
  • Size or color changes, except for sale items and custom items
  • To request an exchange, please email [email protected]. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send your replacement.
Refunds
 
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • A partial refund may be issued if an item is returned used, damaged, or without its original packaging or tags.
