Please note:
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST may begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be longer during busy seasons, periods of high order volume, or when an item is temporarily unavailable. If there is any delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
 
  • After your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking number by email within 1–2 business days.
  • You can track your package on our website or directly on the carrier’s tracking page.
Address or Order Changes
 
  • If you need to change your shipping address or update your order details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • Approved changes may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Tracking Not Updating
 
  • Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to appear after your order has been shipped.
  • If your tracking still has not updated after 3 business days, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
Missing Items
 
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.
 
Late Deliveries
 
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days so we can check with the carrier and help you further.
