Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • After this time, your order may already be in processing or production, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • Custom or personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. If approved, a return label may be provided.

Return shipping costs are covered only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Other return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, as well as for size or color changes (excluding sale items and custom-made products).
  • Please contact [email protected] for assistance and return instructions (if applicable). Once the original item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Partial refunds may apply if returned items are not in their original condition.
